The fees for the respective service can be paid online by Credit/Debit card or by bank transfer in local currency (KZT) - as specified by the Consulate/ Embassy.

Important Information: Using this service does not mean your visa application will be processed more quickly or that you will be issued a visa. Your visa application will be processed in the normal way by the Consular Department of the Embassy of Greece in Astana.
There is an optional Premium Lounge Service in
Astana and Almaty.
Premium Lounge Service is a facility offered to visa applicants for submitting their visa applications in a comfortable environment for an additional service charge out of turn without any general queues.
The Premium Lounge Service is available for those applicants who would like to experience a dedicated service in a comfortable lounge and includes the following:
- comfortable atmosphere;
- special assistance offered by Visa Application Center employee;
- form filling facility;
- photocopying facility;
- photos (4 copies) for your application;
- courier service;
- SMS service;
- tea/coffee, soft drinks and refreshments;
- the ability to pay for all services in the premium lounge avoiding the common cashier desks.
Premium Lounge fee is 28 000 KZT per application. For families, children up to 12 years old will not be charged.

There is an optional prime time service for applicants who wish to submit their documents out of regular Visa Application Center submission hours (on working days, except weekends and holidays):
- Almaty: between 13:00 - 14:15
- Astana: between 13:00 - 14:00

The Prime Time submission fee for groups (more than 10 applicants) is 13450 KZT.

There is an optional courier service applicable per passport.
You can choose to pay for a courier service to have your passport delivered to you at the address you provide, once a decision has been made. You need to provide GVCW with a letter confirming that you would like to use this service. The cost of the courier service depends on the postal address.
For major cities within Kazakhstan the cost is 4 400 KZT. Officer will confirm the Cost once you provide your address.
Family Courier – 8 800 KZT (not more than 5 passport per one sale)

Once your visa application is processed by the Greek Embassy, your passport will be sent to you by courier service DHL Express. Delivery time takes 2 days. The courier will contact you directly.

There is an optional premium passback service in
Astana and in Almaty.
Premium Passback service allows applicants to collect their passports at the VACs for Greece at a convenient time outside of regular passport collection times between 08:30 and 15:00 at an additional charge per passport.

When submitting your application, you can opt for the SMS message service applicable per passport.
You will receive text messages informing you step by step as your application is being processed until your passport is available for collection at your Visa Application Center for Greece or is being couriered to you. This service can be purchased only at the time of submitting your application at the Visa Application Center for Greece.
